Quality is at the core of our business. Our quality standards, procedures and management system strictly conform to ISO9001.
Our professional QA staff will provide documentation for every process used in the manufacturing to include incoming materials, tool detail measurements, electrodes used in manufacturing, as well as any changes made to the structure in the final stages of meeting customer requirements every individual component is strictly monitored and supervised.
Our main QC Process as follows:
1.Part and mold design approvals, Ebest will issue part and mold analysis reports (DFM) to customer prior to starting the build. With this information the customer will know how to adjust the part design for manufacturability and what the structure of the tool will be like; giving him the opportunity of making any changes necessary to meet his requirements.
2. Mold Steel and hardness Inspection; Ebest will inspect the steel certificates during incoming material inspections, to include hardness of each component when returning from heat treat to ensure that each component will meet the requirements of the tool build..
3. Mold Electrodes used during the EDM process will be inspected prior being used, and documented.
4. Mold Core and Cavity Steel Dimension Inspection prior to heat treat after roughing, and after final machining. Documents for each to be included in the final tool build design information.
5. Mold Pre-Assembly Inspection. Review component inspections to insure they are manufactured according to the design drawings.
6. Mold Trial Report and Samples Inspection; provide key dimensional report to manufacturing, and Project Engineer for review.
7. Final Full Inspection of three parts per cavity plus tool detail documents prior to shipment.
Our Measure and Inspection equipments as followings
(1) Vernier caliper, micrometer, thick/thin plug gauge, and screw gauge.
(2) Sclerometer, temperature measuring apparatus and color chart.
(3) Height Master, surface Plate.
(4) Trinal coordinates measuring apparatus
