Moldflow

We use MOLDFLOW software to simulate the flow of resin into the cavity; this software will be used to identify the filling pattern and potential problems such as sink marks, flow lines, warp, and uneven filling. This helps to validate gate location and it greatly reduces the tooling development lead time. We will make mold flow analyses for thin parts, big parts and multi-cavity molds to select the runner and gate locations, and to analyze any other issues that may affect the part.
