We invested in both people and technology to ensure that our designs meet your highest expectations. All mould designs are validated to our clients Mold standards and mold specification.

All mold designs are validated based on our clients Mold/tooling standards and specification.

Our engineers have many years of technical experience in injection mold design and mold manufacturing process。 Utilizing state-of-the-art computer aided technology; our professional & experienced engineers are responsible for customizing products and other high precision mold design tasks.

Mold 2D CAD drawing for approval will be submitted within 3-4 working days;

Mold detailed drawings for each component will be issued & provided to customer pre-mold shipment.

Mold & Part Analysis

Before making the mold, we will give our suggestion in not only the mold design, but also product design. So that we can avoid problems, at the same time make the mold more easily and save cost.

CAD

Ebest Mold is using the AutoCAD for 2D mold design and Unigrahics for 3D mold design.

The assembly drawing is generated from defining parameters for standard components of mold base, insert parts, slides.
